Vintage Market Days of Birmingham Metro is returning this February for their spring event: Pinkies Up! If you have not checked out this unique event, now is the perfect time. Vintage Market Days is an upscale, vintage-inspired market featuring original art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, handmade treasures, home décor, outdoor furnishings, consumable yummies, seasonal plantings, and so much more. There is something to be found for everyone.

What makes Vintage Market Days so unlike other events?

The overall experience. With live music, yummy treats, and a themed Instagram wall, you will find yourself browsing for hours. But no worries, because your ticket is good for re-entry all weekend! That means that you have time to shop each and every artisan vendor, take measurements to buy that rug or furniture, and decide you can’t live without the goodies you discovered!

Support Local Businesses

In the midst of this pandemic, many have fostered a passion for supporting local businesses. At Vintage Market Days, shoppers support businesses from their local area as well as dozens of other states. These vendors have worked so hard to “bring the vintage experience to you” and have overcome a tough season! Plus, the promoter is a Birmingham local born and bred. Pull double duty and support our local artisans and businesses by purchasing a ticket!

Keeping Everyone Safe

Speaking of the pandemic, Vintage Market Days has taken every precaution to bring you this event safely. Masks are required per the state of Alabama, capacity limitations are enforced, hand sanitizer is readily available, and social distancing is encouraged. There is also full-time staff employed by The Finley Center to disinfect high touch surfaces. Vintage Market Days has worked closely with the Jefferson County Health Department to ensure that vendors and shoppers are as safe as possible.

Jenny Y
Jenny-Lyn was born in Decatur, grew up in Ohio, and moved to Birmingham as a teenager. Her favorite things about Birmingham include sweet tea, the use of Sir and Ma’am, and the way people offer friendly smiles while out and about. Oh, and the food. Jenny’s background is sales and marketing, each of which she enjoys putting to use behind the scenes with Birmingham Mom Collective. After getting married, Jenny moved from Birmingham to Minneapolis where she invites anyone interested to visit around August. She’s strongly connected to Birmingham through friends, family, and of course Birmingham Mom Collective. Jenny and her husband Soo-Young have two sons, Michael and Jonathan. She guesses she’s officially a boy mom, and that’s a pretty good thing to be in her book.
