{2018 RECAP} Mummies’ Night Out

0

It was a gorgeous night in downtown Birmingham at Regions Field when mommas from all over the city joined us for the best Halloween party in town . . . Mummies’ Night Out 2018! Regions Field was aglow with excitement as we enjoyed all of the festivities from a photo booth, to vendor tables, to a DJ and dance floor, to tons of giveaways and prizes, great food and drinks!

A special thank you to our title sponsor, Oak Mountain Pediatric Dentistry, and of course to the BMB Events Team — without you, our events couldn’t be a success!

We loved working with Oak Mountain Pediatric Dentistry and loved their fun fall table of giveaways, including a grand prize of four tickets to see the John Crist show!

THE LOCATION

Regions Field was the beautiful backdrop to our event and the city views from their club level room are breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better event space, and we loved all of their amazing food and beverages that they had to offer! Their staff is top notch, and we cannot recommend them enough for your next event!

There was so much to do and see at each vendor table! Guests enjoyed pampering, shopping, and some fun crafting from these great sponsors: 4D Mommies, Great Smiles Orthodontics, Hammer and Stain, Matilda Jane Clothing, Oak Mountain Pediatric Dentistry, Shipt, Sprouts, Top Golf, and Von Maur

The Regions Field team helped us come up with the perfect signature drink, the Shipt Screaming Mummy. It was deliciously green and sponsored by one of our favorite partners, Shipt!

DECOR

The eye-popping balloon designs around the venue were provided by BOBalloons. They created a Halloween-themed arch, balloon sculptures for the photo booth, centerpieces for the tables, and more! We loved seeing their creativity come to life, and we highly recommend them for your next party or gathering!

Aren’t these flowers gorgeous?!? These beautiful arrangements were created by HotHouse Design Studio. They were the perfect touch to our tables throughout the venue.

We loved this special touch of having chalkboard art behind the bar! Thanks to Regions Field for creating the chalk art for this event!

SWAG & GIVEAWAYS

ENTERTAINMENT

Our night was made extra fun by the DJ stylings of DJ WellDunn and WellDunn Entertainment. We danced the night away as he pumped up the jams. Special thanks to our music sponsors: Mudtown, Soho Social, and The Ridge

A special thank you to the YMCA Birmingham at Shades Valley for doing a Halloween-themed class demo to get us up and grooving and our hearts pumping!

NON-PROFIT PARTNER

We were thrilled to be able to give back to our community by working with Bundles of Hope, a local non-profit who partners with agencies throughout Birmingham to keep babies clean and dry. Thank you to all you who participated in our diaper drive. Together we can impact many!

To the Mummies

Thank you to all who came and enjoyed this amazing night out with us! We so love meeting Birmingham mommas in person as we share an online community. And we love pampering you and encouraging you in this journey we share together: motherhood!

Born at St. Vincents, Julie has lived in Birmingham nearly all her life, and she looks forward to meeting and connecting moms all over our community. Before having kids and co-founding Birmingham Mom Collective, she worked various jobs as a retail manager, merchandise manager, software support associate, and an HR recruiter.
