Nov. 1-5: Christmas Village Festival

Location: BJCC
About: This one has been around since 1981 and has just continued to grow year after year. There are soooo many vendors at Christmas Village, covering two levels of the exhibition hall. There are 750 booths, including vendors from all across the country! You can find a variety of gifts, including arts, crafts, clothing, food, and jewelry. 
Hours: Wednesday is VIP day- guests must have a VIP ticket (sold out!) to shop from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Thursday-Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Admission: $15 adults, $5 children ages 6-12, children 6 and under are free

Nov. 10-12: Homestead Hollow Arts & Crafts and Christmas in the Country

Location: Homestead Hollow, 161 Murphrees Valley Rd. Springville
About: This event features 150 vendors and 20 food booths, children’s activities, demonstrations, and live entertainment.
Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily
Admission: $10 adults, $5 children ages 3-12, children 2 and under are free

Nov. 10-11: Shades Mountain Community Church Christmas Market

Location: Shades Mountain Community Church, 2281 Old Tyler Rd.
About: This shopping event returns for its third year, featuring local artisans selling jewelry, boutique clothing, home and holiday decor, baked goods, beauty products, and more. Free coffee and pastries will be served, along with live music and vendor demonstrations.
Hours: Friday 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Nov. 10-11: North Arts Council’s Christmas Arts & Crafts Show

Location: Gardendale Civic Center, 857 Main St, Gardendale
About: This event will have over 85 booths of arts and crafts. 
Hours: Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Nov. 16-18: Market Noel

Location: Finley Center, 5508 Stadium Trace Pkwy., Hoover
About: Presented by the Junior League of Birmingham, this holiday market features more than 80 merchants from across the Southeast and includes high quality items like home decor, clothing and accessories, gift and holiday items, food, and more. Other events planned for the community are JLB Hearts Birmingham and First Responders’ Lunch on Nov. 16th, as well as Brunch with the Big Guy and Milk and Cookies with Santa on Nov. 18. 
Hours: Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Nov. 17-18: North Pole Expo (formerly Totally Christmas)

Location: Trussville Civic Center, 5381 Trussville Clay Rd, Trussville, AL
About: Trussville’s premiere holiday shopping event features over 70 vendors, including food, entertainment, and more. Santa will even perform with his ukulele band on Friday and will be available for photos on Saturday!
Hours: Friday 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Nov. 18: A Southern Christmas Bazaar

Location: Pelham Civic Complex, 500 Amphitheater Rd., Pelham
About: More than 50 craftsmen, artisans, and merchants from Alabama and surrounding states will participate in this premiere shopping event. Vendors will be offering clothing, food, collectibles, decorations, and more. This bazaar is presented by the Rotary Club of Alabaster-Pelham for the sole purpose of raising funds to benefit community projects throughout the surrounding area. 
Admission: $8 for adults and $3 for children. Save $1 by bringing a canned food donation for the food pantry at Oak Mountain Mission Ministries. Tickets are only available at the door on the day of the event.
