Time flies when you’re having fun, and that’s certainly true for Dr. Quyen Ying and her wonderful staff at Liberty Park Children’s Dentistry! Dr. Ying opened her pediatric dental practice three years ago this month, and after a year of COVID restrictions, too, they have even more to celebrate this year!
Celebrate With Them
Dr. Ying and her staff are planning to celebrate with breakfast and a team-building group art project at Tom Findlay’s art studio in Homewood. How fun is that?! And every patient will receive a t-shirt celebrating surviving the pandemic and remembering to floss this summer. Patients are encouraged to post themselves on social media wearing their t-shirt while on vacation (or doing other fun summer-related activities), and they’ll be entered into a raffle. It’s a great way to remind everyone to floss, even while on vacation! The t-shirts will be handed out at the end of this month until they run out.
In addition to celebrating three years in business and making it through the pandemic, Liberty Park Children’s Dentistry recently received their 100th Google review. That’s something to celebrate!
Growing and Accommodating New Patients
In the next year, Dr. Ying plans to expand her hygiene staff to accommodate her growing practice. More patient treatment rooms are being built out which means more available appointments and even less wait time. Win-win!
Did you also know that Dr. Ying has an extensive background working with patients with special health care needs? Parents of children with special needs have spread the word around Birmingham just what a compassionate, understanding dentist she is.
Liberty Park Children’s Dentistry also offers “happy visits” where parents and children can meet Dr. Ying and get a tour without having any kind of exam. This sets everyone’s mind at ease when the time comes for the first appointment.
Looking Ahead
With COVID numbers declining, Liberty Park Children’s Dentistry hopes to bring back their famous patient appreciation celebrations. Who remembers their Frozen 2 party in 2019?! In addition to fun upcoming events, they will also continue awarding monthly prizes for those patients in the “No Cavity Club!”
