Flicks Among the Flowers

Flicks Among the Flowers is back! This free event features the 1993 movie Hocus Pocus starring Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy. Join us for a picnic on the Formal Lawn, a classic fall movie, and a kids’ costume contest, Friday, October 13. Make sure to also enjoy sweet treats from Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams and delicious food from Ladybird Taco.
Gates open at 5 p.m. Bring a blanket or a low-profile lawn chair. Movie begins at sunset (around 6:30 p.m.).
Presented by Publix Super Markets Charities and hosted by the Friends of Birmingham Botanical Gardens Junior Board. A suggested donation of $5 is encouraged. All donations received will support the Friends’ summer internship program.
