An annual tradition, the summer movie series at The Alabama Theatre offers classics that everyone loves. General admission tickets for all movies are $10 each, with children ages two and younger free of charge. Doors open one hour before showtime, and each screening will begin with a sing-along with the Mighty Wurlitzer Organ. Friday night movies include: Grease, 9 to 5, The Color Purple, and Steel Magnolias. Sunday matinees include: Singin’ in the Rain, The Princess Bride, The Wizard of Oz, and The Sound of Music.
